What a Year :)

What a year already :). Hm.. how shall I start?
Well I went to a evening dress New Year's Party at Domi's house... danced my first slow dance... ate my first scallops wrapped in bacon....made up my own word that I wanted to be a word for Scrabble and it actually turned out to be a real word.. it's just that it's French and not English ("devant").. but who cares? *angelic smile* it's still a word! *big grin* *happy sigh*... confronted a friend about lack of behavior as such (watch him of all times read my blog now %p).. and it went quite well.. I consider it a success...I feel totally unprepared for the year ahead and I'm not sure why. Perhaps it's because I didn't spend its early hours in my usual quiet meditation of it. I feel uncertain of year to come. The mental picture I have of beginning this new year is that of a little girl holding tightly to my heavenly Daddy's hand and arm... half in uncertainty half in expectation of what's to come. "The Theme from Mahogany" is still my favorite Diana Ross & the Supremes song. I am going to have time to read what I want to read, draw and take pictures, ride my horse... be a free spirit I hope... dance in the rain and the sunshine too.... hmm... I'm just a jumble of thoughts and phrases right now. And there's my Rebecca so I'll quit blogging now :).. much love all! G'night!
